I found the breakfast selection very diverse. It included many options. the staff members were helpful and polite. the location was convenient, because tram 22 is directly outside the hotel. it made getting around easy.

The location is very convenient, a short walk to the castle. It is right by the tram stop for easy access to the city center. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Staff were helpful.
The parking garage felt too tight. I was charged 25 euros for overnight parking. This cost was not reasonable.

underwhelming stay, some issues noticed
stuffy roompushy server
The air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy even with it on. the shower was odd, it had a handheld sprayer. it made washing my hair a real challenge. the bar service felt pushy. The server seemed too insistent on getting a tip. i probably won't stay again given these inconveniences.

I found the tram stop directly outside very convenient. it made getting around so easy. the breakfast variety was excellent. I especially enjoyed the delicious food. our room was clean and quite spacious. I had enough space for everything.
The gym had limited equipment. My husband wanted more options. it felt somewhat antiquated. i hoped for a more modern workout space .

The staff was solicitous and polite. They were always willing to help with any request. pre-arrival messages from reception ensured a smooth check-in and demonstrated their attentiveness to guest needs and preferences.

the breakfast had many choices to fill me up each day. the tram stop was just outside, so i could easily get around. my room, a beautiful room, was very nice and large.
the bar asked for a tip. i find it a bit rude.

the staff provided very quick responses to my requests, something i needed a lot. the interiors of the restaurant looked stylish with the lobby and library following suit. the breakfast dishes had variety and tasted really good.
the taxi service arranged was very expensive, which i found a bit much.

the staff was friendly and very helpful. the room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. breakfast had a very good selection of food and the taste was amazing!!!
The barman was somewhat rude when i was drinking my own juice in the bar area. He took my bottle.
